Refund policy



At Eleven Pillars, we prioritise customer experience and ensure our policies are clear and straightforward. Please read the following terms regarding refunds:

 

Tattoo Deposits

Tattoo appointment deposits are fully refundable with at least 48 hours’ notice. We understand that life happens—if you’re unable to provide more than 48 hours' notice, no worries! Your deposit won’t be forfeited; instead, we’ll roll it over to your rescheduled appointment.

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours prior to the original appointment time.

Tattoo Vouchers

Tattoo vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Vouchers are non-transferable to another person

Merchandise& gifts

Refunds are available for merchandise that is defective or damaged upon receipt.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition.

Returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the
