Eleven Pillars offers shipping for tattoo vouchers and studio merchandise purchased through our website or in-store.

Processing Time

·         Orders are processed within 2 business days.

·         Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

·         Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): 3–7 business days.

·         Express Shipping (Australia-wide): 1–3 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not ship tattoo vouchers or merchandise outside Australia.

Lost or Damaged Items
Eleven Pillars is not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. Please contact the carrier directly for claims.

Returns & Refunds

·         Tattoo vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.

·         Merchandise can be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
