Booking and Deposits

Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed at Eleven Pillars. This applies even with parental consent—no exceptions.

Deposits: All bookings require a deposit to secure your spot. Deposits will go toward the final cost of your tattoo. If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.

Design Process

Your artist will provide your tattoo design the day before your appointment. You’re welcome to request changes to make sure it’s just right for you!

Major design changes requested on the day of your appointment may require rescheduling, so please review your design thoroughly beforehand.

Payments

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Please note: card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Life happens! If you need to reschedule, let us know at least 48 hours before your booking to avoid losing your deposit.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit.

Tattooing Process

Before you take a seat in the chair, we'll ask you to review and complete a tattoo medical and consent form. This ensures all the necessary information is covered, keeping both you and your artist fully informed and on the same page!

We want you to feel completely comfortable and informed. If you have any questions about the process, let your artist know—they’re here to help!

For hygiene and safety, please don’t bring additional guests into the tattooing area.
